Action Brands - the Regional Roadshow specialists

Please complete the following questions by Wednesday 1st September 2010 to confirm your exhibition equipment freight arrangements and marine transit insurance whilst on the roadshow.

Westwick-Farrow has contracted TOLL to provide a dedicated semi-trailer and driver to transport your equipment from Toll Express Richlands (Brisbane) to each roadshow event and then return your equipment to this depot following completion of the roadshow. Please review the following points and complete the details in the spaces below where required.

Each sponsor has been allocated approximately 1.2 cubic metres of space (a typical pallet load of equipment) on the semi trailer. Ensure that your equipment is sent well packed, protected and palletised (either shrink wrapped or in a crate) or contained within a road case (preferably road cases with castor style wheels as illustrated below.)

Apply the consignment label which has been provided to your consignment so it is clearly visible. Care taken here to include all details as this helps if per chance your consignment is misplaced or delayed and we are trying to track and trace your consignment. (ensure you indicate the number of items in the consignment if you have more than 1 component in your total consignment).

Arrange for your equipment to arrive at the TOLLEXPRESS Richlands depot between Thursday 2nd September and Tuesday 7th September. TOLL opening hours are from 0800 to 1430 Mon-Fri. Please check with your carriers regarding the time take to deliver items to QLD. Your consignment will be stored at TOLL prior to loading for the journey to Gladstone. Your equipment will be ready for set-up from 9.30am on Monday 13th September in the venue at Gladstone Entertainment Centre.
