RadioComms Connect 2010 Exhibitor Information
Westwick-Farrow has engaged ActionBrands as event manager for RadioComms Connect 20010. An integral component of RadioComms Connect 2010 is the trade exhibits of contemporary radio communication technology. ActionBrands staff are eager to ensure your involvement as exhibitor is as successful as possible.

The conference exhibition booths will be supplied through Moretons Hire. Moretons Hire staff will send you a catalogue of hire equipment and then contact you regarding any requirements, fascia signage and furniture hire you may require. The booths will be prepared in a velcro friendly Coal Grey fabric. To view furniture hire options visit www.moreton.net.au
 
How do I find the Conference Venue?
The conference is being held at the Victory Rooms on Level 1 of the Etihad Stadium, Melbourne. This area is accessed from the main entrance to the stadium or from the carpark lifts Gate 9 - B3.

When are the bump-in (set up) and bump-out (pack up) times?
Bump-in: Exhibitors can setup from
  • 1pm to 5pm - Tuesday 16th November 2010 and
  • 6am to 8am - Wednesday 17th Novemebr 2010.
Bump-out: Exhibitors can commence break down of their display only after the conference closes from
  • 6pm on Thursday 18th November 2010.
 
For OHS compliance, it is important that exhibitors do not commence display breakdown while conference attendees are still in attendance.

Who do we seek assistance from regarding our exhibition setup?
ActionBrands staff will be in attendance at the venue during the bump in, conference and bump out. Ask for either Ron McGregor or Jayne Hutchin.

Do our representatives need exhibitor badges?
 
Each exhibitor representative will be required to wear an exhibition badge.  These can be ordered online.

What car parking is available at Etihad Stadium? 
Parking is available beneath Etihad Stadium. The car park is open 24 hours, seven days a week and is undercover and secure at all times. Costs are: $12.00 - early bird special entry prior to 9.30 am for all day parking (car park open 24hrs)
0-1/2 hr - $2.00
1/2-1 hr - $8.00
1-2 hr - $12.00
2-3 hr - $16.00
3-4 hr - $20.00
4hr + - $25.00 (all day after 9.30 am)
