Westwick-Farrow has engaged ActionBrands as event manager for RadioComms Connect 2011. An integral component of RadioComms Connect 2011 is the trade exhibits of contemporary radio communication technology. ActionBrands staff are eager to ensure your involvement as exhibitor is as successful as possible.

The conference exhibition booths will be supplied through Moretons Hire. Moretons Hire staff will send you a catalogue of hire equipment and then contact you regarding any requirements, fascia signage and furniture hire you may require. The booths will be prepared in a velcro friendly Coal Black fabric. To view furniture hire options visit www.moreton.net.au
How do I find the Conference Venue?
The Conference is being held at the Victory Rooms on Level 1 of the Etihad Stadium, Melbourne. This area is accessed from either
1. the main entrance to the stadium or from the carpark lifts Gate 9 - B3.
or and ONLY during bump in on Tuesday or bump out on Thursday
2. via the bollards entrance off La Trobe St. See exhibitors manuals or emails for details.

For OHS compliance, it is important that exhibitors do not commence display breakdown while conference attendees are still in attendance.

Do our representatives need exhibitor badges?
Each exhibitor representative will be required to wear an exhibition badge. Complete the form in the exhibitor information kit and contact Lisa Crossley at WFevents on 02 9487 200 or email on lcrossley@westwick-farrow.com.au to order your exhibitor badges.
What car parking is available at Etihad Stadium? Parking is available beneath Etihad Stadium. The car park is open 24 hours, seven days a week and is undercover and secure at all times. Costs are: $13.00 - early bird special entry prior to 9.30 am and after 12.30pm on the same day. (car park open 24hrs)
0-1/2 hr - $2.00
1/2-1 hr - $11.00
1-2 hr - $15.00
