WA and QLD Process Technology Regional Roadshows 2012
Wfevents have hosted a series of twelve regional roadshows since 2005. The inaugural roadshow was held during August 2005 and visited Mt Isa, Townsville and Gladstone. The roadshow was funded through the generous support of eight sponsor companies involved in process control, automation and instrumentation.
Each roadshow event was held between 10.30am and 5pm and open to industrial engineers and similar personnel. Those who attended were provided an information satchel and had the opportunity to visit the trade exhibition and discuss their interests with key industry representatives from the sponsor companies.
IDC training support the roadshows by offering a range of training sessions on contemporary process technology topics through out the event. The training topics have included sessions on PID loop tuning, Industrial ethernet, Lightning protection, Arc flash protection and Industrial data comms in hazardous areas.
