We use this information to track and trace your equipment prior to loading in Perth and to arrange marine transit insurance for the equipment whilst on the roadshow.
Wfevents has contracted TOLL to provide a dedicated semi-trailer and driver to transport your equipment from TOLL Perth to each roadshow event and then return your equipment to this depot following completion of the roadshow. Please review the following points and complete the details in the spaces below where required.

Each sponsor has been allocated approximately 1.2 cubic metres of space (a typical pallet load of equipment) on the semi trailer.
- Ensure that your equipment is sent well packed, protected and palletised (either shrink wrapped or in a crate) or contained within a road case (preferably road cases with castor style wheels)

Apply the consignment label which has been provided to your consignment so it is clearly visible. Care taken here to include all details as this helps if per chance your consignment is misplaced or delayed and we are trying to track and trace your consignment. (ensure you indicate the number of items in the consignment if you have more than 1 component in your total consignment).

Arrange for your equipment to arrive at the TOLL Perth depot between Friday 31st August and Tuesday 4th September 2012. TOLL opening hours are from 0800 to 1430 Mon-Fri.

Please check with your carriers regarding the time taken to deliver items to WA.

Your consignment will be stored at TOLL prior to loading for the journey to Perth venue. Your equipment will be ready for set-up from 9.30am on Monday 10th September 2012 at the venue at Perth.

At the end of each event please pack up your equipment ready for reloading. The driver will have plastic wrap to assist in rewrapping the pallets.

At the end of the roadshow in Karratha, ensure your equipment labeled for collection by a courier or yourself on either Monday 17th or Tuesday 18th September from the TOLL depot Perth.
Wfevents have arranged marine insurance for your consignment during the roadshow. Please complete questions relating to the consignment description if you require insurance coverage of your equipment.
