WFevents has appointed ActionBrands to manage the exhibition logistics for Comms Connect Auckland NZ 2019 for Wednesday 1st and Thursday 2nd May, 2019. (Bump in / Pack in on Tuesday 30th April, 2019). The ActionBrands event management team have provided support services to Westwick Farrow since 2004.

The Comms Connect Auckland NZ 2019 exhibition will be held in the Auckland Exhibition rooms on Level 5 of the SKYCITY Auckland Convention Centre

Agility Fairs and Events is the official freight forwarder and onsite logistics provider to Comms Connect Auckland NZ 2019.

Agility specialises in exhibition freight forwarding – both domestic and international.  Agility can ensure that your product, display & merchandise are in the right place, at the right time, providing a complete transport, materials handling & storage service. Agility provides a complete service including monitoring of freight from your door step right through to your exhibition booth to make sure your goods are handled in a professional manner and all formalities/deadlines are met. If you are using Agility, your goods will automatically be delivered to your exhibition booth.

Using an Alternate courier or self delivering equipment
If you wish to self deliver or courier your equipment to the venue, ensure you attach the delivery label from the above link. The deliveries must be made by the Federal St dockway. Goods can be delivered 24 hours prior to the event.  Goods must be removed from the event within 24 hours after the event. If not removed within this time, Sky City Convention Centre reserves the right to charge storage fees outlined in the exhibitor manual.

Any good left for courier collection must be clearly labelled and left at the Sky City Convention Centre dockway. It is the exhibitors responsibility to arrange the courier collection.

Exhibition Booths and Furniture Hire – Displayworks

The exhibition shell scheme booths are being built by Displayworks and are constructed using black frontrunner covered walls. If you wish to attach marketing materials to these walls you will need Velcro. Displayworks Hire staff will be in touch with you regarding:

  • any Exhibition furniture you require
  • any additional electrical requirements for power points or lights
